We have been family owned and operated since June 1, 1960, giving us over six decades of insurance expertise. We originally operated out of Gayle Crows home until 1989, when the agency moved to a dedicated storefront. After Gayles passing in 1986, his daughter Melody assumed ownership, continuing the family tradition. In 2017, Melody retired and transferred the business to her niece Cori Crow Lowry, the third generation owner.
