Jose Ortez was my point of contact through BCBS. We communicated through email and phone. I was switching insurances after my maternity leave was up and he was super helpful with that transition. He helped me with running the numbers and finding a plan for me. He was thorough with talking me through each step and what the upcoming steps to expect were.
