Weather permitting, all buyer/seller signings will need to take place in the Courtyard in front of the Crown Title Office, where our staff and clients can maintain appropriate social distancing.

Our hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm with on and off-site closings available.

Our Staff
Robb White, Owner - Robb grew up in a family of realtors, from his aunt and uncle to his mother, Emma Jo White, who was a broker in real estate for almost 18 years prior to opening Crown Title.
Robb says that in addition to learning the 'ins and outs' of real estate from his mother he also learned everything about service, sales and taking care of a client.
He says, however, the most important thing she taught him "is that it has to come from the heart."
Upon graduating the University of Tennessee in Communications Robb landed a position with Cameron & Barkley, and then quickly parlayed that success into a position with GRAINGER Industrial.

Crown Title offers a Digital Closing Documents System that provides buyers and sellers electronic access to all of their closing documents.
At the time of closing, you will receive a CD that works as a key for you to access your closing documents from a secure online location (better known as a cloud).
Additionally, we'll keep you up to date on relevant information concerning your property for as long as you own it, with things such as recent real estate activity in your neighborhood or tax season reminders with links to your HUD statement.
