Each benefit option within the Defined Contribution Platform is standalone with no participation requirements, other than what is stated.
The employer can choose to offer one or more portions of the plan to go alongside other benefit offerings.
On the portions dealing with Dental, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Vision plans, the employer chooses the benefit level from among those quoted to offer employees.
